Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the business that signs up, and the people it invites) and YOUR COMPANY LLC ("we", "us"), which provides BridalIQ (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind that business.
1. What the Service does
BridalIQ reads data from your BridalLive and QuickBooks Online accounts and shows reports, checklists and suggested corrections. It has read-only access: it does not create, change, delete or pay anything in those systems. Every correction is made by you, in your own systems.
The Service points out records that look inconsistent. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not guarantee that it finds every error. You remain responsible for your books, your payments to vendors and your decisions.
2. Your account
Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in. The account owner decides who else may use the store's account and is responsible for their use. Tell us right away at support@yourdomain.com if you believe your account has been used without permission.
3. Your connections and data
To use the Service you connect your own BridalLive account (with your API key) and your own QuickBooks Online company. You confirm you are authorized to do so. You can disconnect either one at any time from the Connections page, or from within QuickBooks.
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.
BridalLive and QuickBooks are separate services with their own terms and fees, including BridalLive's API access. We are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect the Service.
4. Free trial, fees and billing
New stores get a free trial of 30 days. No card is needed to start. To keep using the Service after the trial, the owner adds a card; the subscription is $249/month per store unless a different price was agreed in writing. Fees are billed in advance for each period through our payment processor, Stripe, and are not refundable except as stated in section 5 or required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next period after the notice.
If a payment fails we will tell you, and the Service keeps running while it is retried. If the subscription ends or the trial ends without a card, access pauses and syncing stops; your data is kept as described in section 7.
5. The 90-day guarantee
If the dollar amounts the Service flags for your store during your first 90 days as a paying customer add up to less than the subscription fees you paid in that time, you may ask for a refund of those fees by writing to support@yourdomain.com within 30 days after that period ends. We will refund them in full. This applies once per business.
6. Acceptable use
Do not try to reach another store's data, disrupt or overload the Service, reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to break any law or anyone's rights. We may suspend an account that does, after notice where practical.
7. Cancelling and your data afterwards
You can cancel any time from Manage billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. After an account closes we keep its data for 60 days so you can come back, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep something longer. You can ask us to delete it sooner, or to send you an export first, at support@yourdomain.com.
8. Changes to the Service and these terms
We improve the Service over time and may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email the account owner at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Except for the guarantee in section 5, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located there. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about the Service.
